A Little More About The Role
We are a collaborative and environmentally focused Information Management team, supporting WSP’s growing portfolio of projects. As a centre of excellence within our Earth & Environment discipline, we provide project and information management expertise across the full project lifecycle. You’ll join a supportive team environment, with opportunities to develop your skills while working on a diverse range of high‑profile infrastructure and environmental projects across the UK. In this role, you will oversee information management processes aligned to ISO 19650 standards, ensuring effective project information flow and governance. You will work closely with project teams and digital leads to embed consistent standards, support delivery, and drive quality. Our projects span major infrastructure and development programmes, including nationally significant schemes across sectors such as energy, transport, defence, and the built environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of information management processes in line with ISO 19650 standards
- Maintain and support the effective use of the Common Data Environment (CDE)
- Contribute to the development and coordination of BEP, MIDP and TIDP documentation
- Assist in coordinating information exchange requirements across project teams and stakeholders
- Support the implementation of project information standards and procedures, working with BIM Managers / Digital Leads
- Apply a security‑minded approach to data, supporting access control and governance requirements
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on information management systems and processes
- Support quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with agreed standards
- Assist in the review, control, and distribution of project information, including drawings and models in line with ISO naming conventions
What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate
- Experience working within BIM environments and supporting Project Information Management activities
- Clear and confident communication skills, both in person and through digital channels
- A collaborative approach, with a willingness to learn, develop, and contribute to solving problems
- Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. environment, project management, engineering, science, building, or quantity surveying), or equivalent experience and qualifications
- Experience working within a project or PMO environment, ideally across multidisciplinary teams
- Working knowledge of Common Data Environments (CDEs)
- Understanding or experience of working with ISO 19650 standards and information management practices
