A Little More About Your Role…

  • Implement MBSE methodologies and practices in project execution.
  • Create and maintain system architecture models using Sparx Enterprise Architect or similar tool (tool less important than MBSE understanding).
  • Participate in technical discussions and decision‑making processes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of full systems engineering lifecycle processes.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to develop ontology, system definition and ensure alignment of project requirements and objectives.
  • Opportunities for project management and leadership responsibilities.

What We Are Looking For You To Demonstrate…

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related discipline.
  • Systems Engineering experience, preferably in the nuclear industry, but all industries considered.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of MBSE methodologies.
  • Experience with modelling tools such as Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability in effective stakeholder engagement.

Desirable Skills

  • INCOSE ASEP Certification
  • Chartered Engineer, or strong progress towards.
