Responsibilities:
- Work with dynamic teams on a variety of projects across multiple sectors from day one.
- Assist with developing BIM models for the Structures discipline, producing 3D and 2D models.
- Learn and use software packages, build strong work practices, and gain knowledge of health, safety and wellbeing.
- Ask questions, look at problems from different angles and contribute solutions that break concepts.
- Support the community of tomorrow, embrace change and achieve excellence as an apprentice.
Apprenticeship Details:
You will start in September 2026, attending a local college once per week and working toward a Level 3 Civil Engineering Technician Apprenticeship and EngTech equivalent in England (equivalent to 2 A‑Levels). You may also become registered with a relevant professional institution. The apprenticeship, lasting 2–3 years, blends business and role‑specific training, networking, mentoring, and on‑the‑job learning.
Requirements:
Achieved or predicted 5 GCSEs, Grade C/Level 5 or above (or equivalent), including English, Maths and Science.
Application Process:
- Apply Online: Submit a short application form; you will receive a confirmation within 5 days.
- Online Skills Enablers Assessment: If you meet the entry requirements and a suitable apprenticeship is available, you will receive an assessment invitation from Arctic Shores. Assessment results are valid for 12 months.
- Interview: Candidates who pass the assessment may be shortlisted for an interview day. Not all assessment‑passers progress to interview. Due to high application volume, individual status updates are not provided.
