The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 € per year.

Provide technical leadership for the successful delivery of multi-discipline projects. Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the contract to the satisfaction of the client, while identifying, communicating and managing relevant Health and Safety risks. Develop and maintain external and internal client relationships. Coordinate technical management of subcontractors and remote resources. Identify and mitigate technical risks. Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. Participate actively in industry working groups such as CIGRE and IEEE.

Qualifications

  • Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, preferably Electrical or Power engineering.
  • Extensive experience in the design, manufacture and testing of HV cables for HVAC and, desirably, HVDC projects, both onshore and offshore, including HV cable system design and ratings (CYMCAP).
  • Understanding of IEC cable standards and CIGRE technical policies, along with the capability to act as a cable expert.
  • Experience with third-party cable activities such as testing, installation and transport.
  • Experience with industry working groups and technical committees such as CIGRE and IEEE.
  • Attained or working towards Chartered Engineer status.
  • Willingness to travel as required by projects.
