As a key member of the Strategy & Transformation team, the Manager, Strategic Change plays a critical role in advancing WSP’s strategic priorities. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Change, this role partners closely with the VP, Organization Effectiveness, colleagues across Strategy & Transformation, and Corporate Function partners—especially Finance—to successfully design, support, and implement organizational change.

- Support Strategic Change, Strategy & Transformation, and Finance teams to deliver strategic initiatives and facilitate change.
- Lead the change effort for the Finance Forward initiative.
- Implement strategic change initiatives from design through execution.
- Provide executive support in decision-making and change initiative execution.
- Interpret engagement analytics and KPIs.
- Facilitate change conversations with executives and employees.
- Build strong relationships across all levels.
- Strengthen WSP’s change infrastructure.
- Improve processes and coordinate organizational procedures.
