Responsibilities
- Assist the BIM Manager / Regional BIM Lead with the development and enforcement of BIM standards and workflows and implement them on live projects.
- Manage a multi-site project as part of a major international rail programme, demonstrating experience at a comparable scale.
- Coordinate architectural models with other disciplines (MEP, Structural, etc.) on live projects.
- Support teams in project model setup, troubleshooting and model maintenance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform quality checks and clash detection using Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360/ACC.
- Provide guidance and training to project teams on BIM tools and processes.
- Collaborate with design teams to integrate BIM strategies into project delivery.
- Manage project data, file organization and documentation related to BIM deliverables.
Qualifications
- Experience in architectural practice with a focus on BIM.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit with familiarity in Dynamo, Navisworks and BIM 360/ACC.
- Ability to communicate technical detail graphically and effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Experience delivering BIM on medium to large-scale architectural projects through construction (BIM Level / Stage 2+).
- Experience with project asset management (e.g. CoBIE).
- Knowledge of complementary data-management tools such as Excel (macro incorporation), AutoCAD scripting (.lisp files), etc.
