The predicted salary is between 60000 - 75000 £ per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Mobilise for delivery of the project.
  • Finalise the plan for delivering the project and communicate to the project team.
  • Agree work packages with Discipline leads and coordinate interfaces between teams in different Cost Centres.
  • Work with discipline technical leads to ensure a technically acceptable solution and resources are provided in accordance with the scope of works.
  • Lead EPC procurement projects with understanding of the process; experience with Grid Connection is desirable.
  • Engage external sub-consultants, sub-contractors or suppliers.
  • Ensure security controls associated with the project and that deliverables meet required standards and quality.
  • Deliver outcomes in accordance with the contract while exploring client and stakeholder added value.
  • Regularly review project finances: monitor costs using the Horizon Business Platform, recognise revenue in line with contracts, and review cost-to-complete and re-forecasting needs to improve margins where possible.
  • Manage risk on the project: identify, record, evaluate both opportunities and threats; agree and communicate actions to be taken.
  • Monitor and control delivery of the project to the plan.
  • Facilitate regular, robust project reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure successful delivery in accordance with contract and manage changes if scope creep occurs.

  • A technical degree or equivalent.
  • Relevant successful experience in managing Onshore Renewables Projects.
  • Commercial and financial understanding and knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of the offshore industry and supply chain options.
  • Good knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental Regulations.
  • Team leader capable of motivating the team.
  • Desire to motivate and mentor a growing team.
