The successful candidate will be comfortable structuring complex problems, analysing information, developing practical recommendations and communicating confidently with senior stakeholders. They will be curious, commercially aware and able to bring clarity to ambiguity while working collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
As a key member of our delivery team, you will steer clients through all aspects of business change. Working closely with clients and WSP colleagues, you will shape impactful change initiatives, guide project delivery and ensure successful delivery of project outcomes.
Your Responsibilities Will Include But Not Limited To:
- Leading the development of transformation strategies, operating models, organisational designs and business process improvements that translate complex organisational challenges into practical and actionable solutions.
- Planning and delivering large-scale transformation and change initiatives, including communication, engagement and adoption activities.
- Structuring complex client problems, undertaking analysis, synthesising findings and developing evidence-based recommendations.
- Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, shaping decisions and driving alignment around strategic outcomes.
- Developing high-quality client-facing outputs including reports, presentations and recommendations that communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Leading and supporting delivery teams, including line management and coaching responsibilities.
- Contributing to the growth of the Transformation practice through business development, proposal support and thought leadership.
You will be joining the Transformation and Digital Insights team, a growing capability with big ambitions. Our projects are diverse, ranging from helping clients bring their sustainability strategies to life through their organisations and people, to supporting the implementation of digital solutions, or designing client organisations to drive growth and improvement. Each project offers unique complexities and the chance to deliver exceptional client experiences with a focus on sustainable results.

What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate…
- Experience leading workstreams, advisory engagements or project delivery within complex transformation programmes, taking responsibility for delivery, stakeholder management and outcomes.
- Strong consulting and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyse information from multiple sources, structure complex challenges and develop practical recommendations.
- Experience building relationships with and influencing senior stakeholders within large and complex organisations.
- Excellent communication skills, including strong presentation, storytelling and executive-level written communication.
- Experience leading others, managing teams and creating high-performing collaborative working environments.
- Commercial awareness, including experience supporting project commercials, business development, proposals or account growth activities.
- A genuine interest in infrastructure, transport, utilities, energy, defence or the wider built environment, and the role transformation can play in shaping these sectors.
