In Sustainability Advisory (SA), you will plan and deliver structured client engagement activities to strengthen WSP's market presence, support business growth, and engage both existing and new corporate clients across SA's core target markets.
Responsibilities
- Work with SA's Senior Leadership Team, technical and sales teams to inform SA's corporate client go‑to‑market approach, including positioning, target audiences, and value propositions.
- Steer the creation of compelling content such as thought leadership, case studies, LinkedIn content, and round‑table events to raise brand awareness.
- Design and develop differentiated, value‑focused, high‑impact messaging and initiatives.
- Use market research and team insight to understand client and emerging industry trends, market drivers and competitor activity to inform the engagement strategy.
- Plan and coordinate sustained and regular engagement with SA’s client base, e.g. newsletters and email content for sales leads to keep clients and prospective clients engaged.
- Interface with and work collaboratively with WSP's marketing team to increase awareness and visibility of SA’s products and services.
- Drive participation in industry events, panels, and speaking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong written, editorial, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders within SA and WSP’s marketing function.
- Strong understanding of technical, market, and sectoral insights, drivers and challenges across SA’s service lines.
- Ability to extract and translate expertise into valuable insights, actionable plans and engagement initiatives.
- Experienced in translating technical or complex ideas into accessible, impactful, engaging content.
- Proactive in driving initiatives forward.
