About the Role

You are being recruited as a Senior Structural Revit Technician to join our team, working on projects across Healthcare, Renewable Energy, Energy, Heritage, Commercial, Industrial and Hospitality building sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and supervise coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit, preparing engineering models & drawings from sketches and design information.
  • Work closely with key external stakeholders, clients, and colleagues across the business to achieve multidisciplinary delivery outcomes.
  • Use BIM technologies both in cloud and within managed systems to prepare concise engineering drawings for key stages such as conception, planning, tender, building warrant and construction.
  • Fulfil the Project Technician role – manage the drafting aspects of projects of varying complexity and size, actively driving collaboration.

Qualifications

  • HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Experience in building structures as a technician.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with ISO 19650, BIM templates, BEPs and collaborative information management software.
  • Experience with digital platforms such as BIM360 and its collaborative modules (training provided).
  • Strong practical experience using Revit in a building‑structures focused role.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working across a variety of sectors.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be eligible to achieve Security Clearance.
