- Project Leadership: Lead and manage offshore wind consultancy projects ensuring they meet technical, financial, and regulatory standards.
- Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the offshore wind sector, contributing to the growth of the consultancy and engineering functions.
- Technical Expertise: Have a good level of industry technical knowledge and associated challenges across offshore wind project development from advisory to operations.
- Operational Management: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, project management, and environmental teams.
