We are seeking an inspiring Clients & Growth Lead to drive our business development strategy, deepen our market presence, and play a pivotal role in shaping how WSP delivers nature services for a changing world.

About The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Discipline, you will sit on the Nature Services Senior Leadership Team and work closely with Service Line Directors and Sector Leads to drive strategic growth across our portfolio.
- Strategic Growth & Leadership
- Developing and delivering the Business Development Plan for Nature Services aligned to revenue targets.
- Leading the Nature Services Sector Leads to drive growth across priority markets.
- Representing WSP at key industry events and raising the profile of the Nature Services offering.
- Acting as Project Director for major technical and commercial workstreams.
