Role Summary
You will be working within a team and undertaking document and information management across a range of high‑profile engineering projects. You will support project teams with successful delivery of projects/programmes by using both internal and client systems to ensure information is delivered effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist with establishing and implementing project procedures and processes
- Issue drawings and documents in accordance with project procedures and processes
- Receive and/or download electronic drawings and documents, file as appropriate and maintain a document register
- Coordinate the issue of deliverables submissions with the project management or design teams
- Circulate received/downloaded electronic documents to the project team
- Provide system training as required

- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge, understanding and experience in document control, with an interest or experience in wider programme management skills.
