A Little More About Your Role… You will play a pivotal role in pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying (QS) services to our clients, including measurement, estimating, procurement, and post-contract commercial management of projects of varying size and complexity.
YOUR TEAM You will join a diverse, growing team of Quantity Surveyors specializing in estimating and cost management, working across sectors such as highways, structures, public realm, property, and maritime. You will be part of our Project Management and Commercial Management Team (PMCM), comprising approximately 400 colleagues across the UK, delivering services for both building and infrastructure projects for public and private clients. You will be within the Civil Infrastructure and Utilities group. Our other PMCM groups include Buildings, Programme Solutions, and Rail. Your base could be in one of our offices in MANCHESTER, BIRMINGHAM, TEESIDE, BRISTOL & GUILDFORD.

Essential
- AssocRICS working towards MRICS or a desire to attain it.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and experience in estimating at various design stages, measurement methods, digital tools, and post-contract administration (NEC, JCT).
Desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Adaptability and flexibility in workload management.
- Passion for making a difference and being part of a dynamic team.
- Relevant professional qualifications or working towards them (e.g., CICES, AcostE).
- Degree or higher education qualification.
