Responsibilities
- Work on a variety of projects simultaneously, from universities in Scotland to high‐rise residential towers in London.
- Run through design information, liaise with other disciplines such as Facades, Acoustics and Structures.
- Present designs to local authorities and the Fire Service.
- Inform the design team about changes that could increase building safety.
- Receive guidance through training in software packages, standards, briefings and client updates.
- Assist with professional registration via IFE and other organisations.
Qualifications
- BSc (BEng) or MSc (MEng) in Fire, Structural, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience within the fire engineering consulting industry.
- Can be based from any UK major office.
