Your Role…

Digital transformation is revolutionizing how we deliver water industry projects, especially with emerging technologies like Generative Design, AI, Digital Twins, and advanced analytics. You will support our clients in leveraging these technologies to increase productivity and efficiency across asset lifecycle stages.

The Digital Consultant will drive digital transformation within our team by identifying process improvements, recommending digital tools, and ensuring alignment with business goals. You will challenge current practices, support solution development, provide technical support, facilitate training, and foster a culture of innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement and Automation: Review workflows, identify pain points, and suggest automation opportunities.
  • Challenge Existing Practice: Proactively seek areas for innovation.
  • Digital Tools Recommendation: Identify and implement digital solutions like BIM, data analytics, and computational design.
  • Value Case Development: Build business cases for digital initiatives, including ROI analysis.
  • Requirements Gathering: Document stakeholder needs for tailored solutions.
  • Solution Development: Design and implement digital solutions to meet project needs.
  • Implementation Support: Plan, test, and train users for new tools.
  • Innovation: Generate new ideas, collaborate with clients, and promote digital culture.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of digital trends in water or construction sectors.
  • Experience with digital project delivery.
  • Knowledge of programming languages like Python, data tools like FME.
  • Experience with GIS software such as QGIS, ArcGIS Pro, and web mapping technologies.
  • Data management and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills to influence and innovate.
