Role & Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support on sustainable work winning, reviewing, managing and negotiating contracts, and assisting in the commercial management of our projects.
• Resolve issues and finalise contracts.

Team

• Transport and Infrastructure business includes Roads, Rail, Civil, Intelligent Infrastructure and Project Management and Commercial Management business units.
• Part of a small team within the applicable business unit and the wider Transport and Infrastructure commercial team.
• Opportunities to work on an array of nationally significant projects across the UK and Ireland.

Qualifications & Experience

• Good commercial awareness.
• Experience working in a multi‑disciplinary environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience of contract administration over the contract lifecycle.
• Knowledge of standard contract forms, particularly NEC.
• Relevant degree and/or membership of a professional body preferred.
• Preferably experience within a similar role.
