Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide variety of sustainability assessments including BREEAM, LEED, WELL and Fitwel.
- Manage our portfolio certification projects and liaise with specialist colleagues to deliver sustainability strategies and reporting.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the team to deliver projects within programme and budget.
Qualifications and Experience
- Excellent experience of leading sustainability assessments, including BREEAM and preferably other schemes such as LEED and WELL.
- Technical capability gained within a professional consultancy.
- Sound assessment skills covering a range of development types, with specialist knowledge and/or previous licenses in BREEAM and knowledge of other international standards such as LEED and WELL, including proven experience in delivery of multiple assessments to certification/liaison with BRE.
- Relevant degree and membership of an appropriate engineering, environmental, architectural or sustainability body.
- Understanding and enthusiasm for energy and sustainability; a can-do attitude with an appetite to learn more and grow.
- Specialised knowledge in certain fields and willingness to develop expertise in additional areas.
