Overview
Deliver multi-discipline monitoring and evaluation projects for local and national transport policies, including evaluating feasibility (evaluability) and designing monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
Provide expert monitoring and evaluation advice to clients to help deliver objectives and optimise benefits.
Collaborate with a range of specialists across WSP to bring in the necessary skills to meet project needs.
Contribute to the growth of the Monitoring and Evaluation capability team to support delivery against its ambitions.
What we will be looking for you to demonstrate
- Proven technical capability in designing and executing monitoring and evaluation frameworks for policies, programmes and/or projects, including impact and process evaluations.
- Understanding and experience with evaluation methods including quasi-experimental and theory-based approaches.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills (statistical, economic or social research) with experience delivering robust mixed-method analyses.
- Experience applying government guidance on monitoring and evaluation (e.g., HM Treasury Magenta/Green Books or DfT Transport Appraisal Guidance).
- Ability to foster collaborations and communicate technical evaluation insights to diverse audiences to enable engagement and buy-in.
- Passion for evidence-informed decision-making and robust evidence.
- Proven track record of working with government, research and commercial partners.
