Join Our VIA Team
VIA (3D Visualisation, Immersion, Applications) is a small, agile group across the UK involved in external client work for various organizations, from national governments to artists, alongside internal projects focused on industry trends and business development. The team offers services such as traditional 3D Visualisation (static and animated), Experiential Interactives using XR technologies, Photography, and Motion Design.
Role Responsibilities
- Report to the Visualisation Lead (Property & Buildings UK).
- Produce visualisation content for clients.
- Lead business development efforts, including client relationships and representing the team at meetings and events.
- Work on diverse projects, from public consultation photomontages to 4D visualisations of airport projects and immersive marketing content.
- Manage workload independently, demonstrating motivation, confidence, and teamwork skills.
- Travel as required and stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in 3D visualisation, preferably within the AEC sector.
- Understanding of visualisation's role in the industry.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in business development and client engagement.
- Core skills in 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, basic animation, photography, and composition.
- Proficiency with 3DS Max, Unreal Engine or Unity, V-Ray or Corona, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Real-Time and XR projects is desirable.
- Portfolio or link to visual work is required.
