At WSP, join our Operations & Safety (O&S) group within Intelligent Infrastructure to deliver sustainable and safe operating solutions for public and private sector clients.
Technical Areas
- Operational safety – mitigating safety risks in design, operations and technologies.
- Transport network operations – developing operational models, concepts and associated procedures.
- Human‑centred design – applying evidence‑based principles of human factors, ergonomics and behavioural science.
- Strategy development – advising on sustainable, resilient and people‑focused strategies.
- Policy monitoring and evaluation – specialist monitoring and evaluation in line with Treasury requirements.
- Tunnel systems & operations – design, operation and management of tunnels in highway and utility sectors.
We are seeking enthusiastic consultants of all levels to support these capabilities.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent higher education qualification in any of the technical areas listed above.
- Experience on high‑quality consultancy‑style projects aligned with one of the six technical areas.
- Proven ability to analyse and interpret information from various sources and communicate findings effectively.
- Experience working as a client, consultant or contractor, ideally within a transport, public sector or high‑risk environment.
