A typical week will include producing both 3D and 2D modelling, learning a variety of software packages and building strong work practices while gaining knowledge of health, safety and wellbeing.

Together with the dedicated Early Careers team, support from your team and an assigned buddy, we will work closely with you over the course of your apprenticeship to support and plan a development pathway that suits you. Typically, the apprenticeship takes between 2–3 years to complete (including End Point Assessment in England). We also have a unique Professional Growth Network (PGN), a networking group run by early‑career professionals for ECPs. It helps grow your network of contacts across the business and provides opportunities for extra experience to support you in achieving chartered status or other professional accreditations.
