WSP is looking for a Senior Engineer to join our industry‑leading Intelligent Infrastructure team. We are expanding our Digital Infrastructure Design Capability and seek individuals who are enthusiastic about digital technologies and design methodologies. You will work on roadside infrastructure design, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, mentoring junior staff, and driving innovative digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in design tasks related to roadside infrastructure, learning all aspects of digital design.
  • Collaborate efficiently with the team, share ideas, provide support, and address gaps.
  • Mentor and support junior staff through knowledge sharing and active participation.
  • Apply strong problem‑solving skills, navigate ambiguous situations, and escalate issues to senior staff when needed.

Qualifications

  • A degree in an engineering discipline or relevant experience in technology design.
  • Working towards professional registration or professionally registered with an accredited institute.
  • Domain knowledge in power, communications, electrical, electronics, or highway design.
