Day‑to‑day Responsibilities
- Preparing presentations, workshop materials and reports.
- Diagnosing organisational challenges and developing evidence‑based interventions.
- Coordinating workshops, client interviews and surveys.
- Supporting clients to implement new operating models, adopt digital and AI solutions, and embed sustainable practices.
- Collaborating with WSP colleagues to integrate specialist knowledge.
- Taking ownership of small workstreams under senior guidance.
- Designing and delivering digital strategies and projects (for Digital Advisory).
- Analyzing data for actionable insights and developing dashboards and digital tools.
- Contributing to stakeholder engagement and research.
- Preparing presentations and client recommendations.
- Taking responsibility for workstreams and developing consulting skills.
Qualifications
- Graduated with at least a 2:1 in a master’s or bachelor’s degree in Organisational psychology, Organisational behaviour or related disciplines for the Transformation team.
- Or MSc in Digital Transformation, Management with Digital Innovation, Software Development, Geographical Information Systems or Data Analytics for the Digital Advisory team.
- Strong passion for consulting and delivering value to clients.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for digital innovation (for Digital Advisory).
- Desire to work on projects that impact the built environment, infrastructure and economy.
