About the Role

  • Assist the BIM Manager with developing and enforcing BIM standards and workflows. Report to BIM manager for clarification and implement their requirements.
  • Coordinate architectural models with other disciplines (MEP, Structural, etc.).
  • Support project teams in model setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform quality checks and clash detection using Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC.
  • Guide and train project teams on BIM tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with design teams to integrate BIM strategies into project delivery.
  • Manage project data, file organization, and documentation related to BIM deliverables.

Your Team

  • ESA Architecture is a UK-based member of WSP, working on diverse projects including commercial, housing, transportation, pharmaceutical, and logistics sectors.
  • Roles are focused on serving a long-term relationship with a leading client in the logistics sector.
  • You will report to the Client Account Director and a client-based line manager.
  • Our team of 60 is based in offices across London, Bristol, Cardiff, Glasgow, and Birmingham.
  • You will be encouraged to develop through in-house CPD sessions and grow as part of the client’s core team.

What We Look For

  • Experience in architectural practice with a focus on BIM.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Revit, with familiarity with Dynamo, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC.
  • Strong ability to communicate technical details visually and effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience delivering BIM on medium to large-scale projects through to construction (BIM level/stage 2+).
  • Knowledge of project asset management tools like CoBIE.
  • Proficiency with data management programs, Excel, macros, AutoCAD, and scripting (e.g., Lisp files).
  • Must be able to obtain UK Security Check (SC).
