WSP is a global professional services firm. We are looking for recent graduates to join our 2026 Graduate Programme in Planning Consultancy & Infrastructure Planning, based in London.
Day-to-day activities could include:
- Varied workload across multiple sectors
- Undertaking planning appraisals and drafting planning documents
- Project managing and leading smaller projects from day one
- Working as part of teams on larger projects
- Managing environmental teams
- Submitting and managing planning applications and appeals
- Managing project budgets
Graduate Development Programme:
The programme is two years long and includes core business and professional skills training, career development workshops, networking opportunities, mentoring for professional registration, and on-the-job experience.
What we will be looking for you to demonstrate:
- Graduated with at least a 2:2 in a master’s degree (RTPI accredited) in a relevant subject.
- Completed the application form and online skill enabler assessment.
- Plan to start work in September 2026.
- Passion for planning and consulting.
- Desire for built environment, infrastructure, places and the economy.
- Enthusiasm for creativity and a drive to solve problems.
- Willingness to share new ideas and inspire colleagues.
