2026 Graduate Programme – Energy – Power Generation & Gas

We are looking for graduates for our Power Generation and Gas team who have a flexible approach and an appetite to learn in a leading Engineering and Professional Advisory services consultancy. We want you to enjoy working in a collaborative environment where you can apply your skills working for a diverse range of clients and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Working across various design stages including Feasibility, FEED, Conceptual Design and Detailed Design.
  • Guiding clients in making informed decisions to build business resilience and implement Low Carbon solutions.
  • Collaborating with a variety of clients within the sector on exciting and innovative projects.
  • Projects in the growing energy transition space, helping deliver projects such as: NGT Project Union East Coast FEED; Gas Pipeline & Above Ground Installation Design; NGT asset health design works; Hydrogen pipeline routing and design; CO2 pipeline design.
  • Day-to-day activities could include report writing, calculations, writing specifications, supporting other engineers on projects, and project coordination with multi-disciplinary teams.

Graduate Development Programme

Two-year programme designed to support personal and professional development through an engaging blended learning experience. Includes core business and professional skills training, career development workshops, mentoring for professional registration and on-the-job experiences.

What We Will Be Looking For

  • Graduates with at least a 2:1 in a master\’s degree in a relevant subject.
  • Ability to start in April or September 2026.
  • Passion for engineering and consulting.
  • A desire for infrastructure and creativity with a drive to solve problems.
  • Willingness to inspire with new ideas and to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capability to adapt to dynamic project environments and to work with colleagues across the team.
