Responsibilities
- Working as a Graduate in Advisory teams to deliver innovative, actionable, and scalable advice for today and tomorrow’s opportunities and challenges.
- Deliver day-to-day activities across advisory projects, including data gathering, analysis, and client/site engagement.
- Prepare presentations, workshop materials, reports, and client recommendations; coordinate workshops and client interviews.
- Assist with project management, risk registers, timelines, and bids/proposals; take ownership of small workstreams under senior guidance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate specialist knowledge and support digital, transformation, and economic advisory deliverables.
- Contribute to economic impact assignments across UK and overseas projects, covering a range of sectors in public and private domains.

- Transformation Advisory: projects include sustainability strategies, digital solutions, and operating model design; roles involve client interviews, workshops, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Digital Advisory: focus on digital strategies, data analytics, dashboards, and digital tools; activities include stakeholder engagement, research, presentations, and developing workstreams.
GL Hearn (A WSP Company)
- Two-year structured programme with two 12-month rotations in Business Rates and Valuation teams; path to Chartered Surveyor status via APC.
- Day-to-day activities include gathering market evidence, managing communication with the Valuation Office, reviewing leases, financial appraisals, and town centre projects.
Graduate Development Programme
Two-year blended learning programme including core business and professional skills training, workshops, mentoring for professional registration, and on-the-job experience. Supports development toward chartered or incorporated status with professional bodies.

- Graduation with at least a 2:1 in a relevant subject; starting work in September 2026.
