A Little More About Your Role…

  • Based from WSP’s Liverpool and Northwich offices. Working within a team of Buried Services Surveyors across the UK, alongside the Topographical Surveying, UAV, and MBS teams.
  • Assisting senior surveyors with fieldwork for below ground utility and drainage surveys.
  • Processing survey data, ensuring adherence to WSP standards.

Your Team

  • Part of Surveying Services (UK), working with a team of Surveyors including Topographical, Measured Building, Buried Services Surveyors, and UAV Pilots.
  • Engaged in surveying projects across the UK.
  • Serving a varied client base from Local Authorities to Multi-Discipline Consultants.
  • Reporting to the survey team lead.
  • Located in city-based offices with good transport links and amenities.

What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate…

  • A relevant technical degree/HND in surveying or a related discipline, with experience in a similar role. Candidates with suitable skills will also be considered.
  • Knowledge of fieldwork for utility and drainage surveys using Electromagnetic and GPR techniques.
  • Experience with PAS128 standards, GPR data collection, and post-processing is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to produce 2D & 3D CAD drawings and survey reports is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to operate effectively in all weather conditions and at night.
  • Full UK driving license required due to travel requirements.
