What You’ll Do Your responsibilities will vary depending on your specific role, but you can expect to:
- Deliver high-quality engineering consultancy services within your area of expertise (Geotechnical, Bridge, Water or Civil Engineering).
- Collaborate with regional and national teams on diverse and meaningful infrastructure projects.
- Conduct site assessments and contribute to design development.
- Prepare technical reports, contract documentation, and oversee construction monitoring.
- Manage projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk reporting.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
- Champion health, safety, and wellbeing in every aspect of your work.

About You
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline (Washington Accord preferred).
- Ideally 5+ years of professional experience in your field (we have roles at various levels).
- Experience working within engineering consultancy environments required.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Client-focused, resilient, and motivated to make a difference.
