What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities will vary depending on your specific role, but you can expect to:

  • Deliver high-quality engineering consultancy services within your area of expertise (Geotechnical, Bridge, Water or Civil Engineering).

  • Conduct site assessments and contribute to design development.
  • Prepare technical reports, contract documentation, and oversee construction monitoring.
  • Manage projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk reporting.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
  • Champion health, safety, and wellbeing in every aspect of your work.

What We Offer

  • Relocation support to help you settle in.
  • Flexible working arrangements and professional development opportunities.
  • A culture that values diversity, integrity, and innovation.
  • The chance to work on impactful projects that shape communities across Aotearoa.

About You

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline (Washington Accord preferred).
  • Ideally 3+ years of professional experience in your field (we have roles at various levels).
  • A full, clean driver’s licence.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Client-focused, resilient, and motivated to make a difference.
