b Overview /b p In this role, you support permitting and compliance projects across energy, waste, industrial, manufacturing and utilities sectors. You will prepare Environmental Permit applications and contribute to technical assessments, helping clients navigate environmental regulations. You work within multidisciplinary teams to strengthen client relationships and deliver high-quality outputs that support the UK’s sustainable, low-carbon transition. This opportunity offers hybrid location across UK offices and room to grow within a growing expert team. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Work-life balance /li li Hybrid working policy /li li Thrive health and wellbeing programme /li li Virtual GP service /li li Gymflex membership discounts /li li Flexible working arrangements /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Prepare Environmental Permit applications and supporting technical assessments /li li Contribute to environmental risk assessments and BAT assessments /li li Develop management plans and other regulatory documents /li li Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships /li li Deliver high-quality outputs to agreed timescales /li li Support projects across energy, energy transition, waste, industrial, manufacturing and utilities sectors /li li Mentor and learn from experienced colleagues within the team /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Strong understanding of Environmental Permitting Regulations and environmental legislation /li li Experience preparing Environmental Permit applications and supporting technical assessments /li li Knowledge of regulated sectors (energy, waste, industrial, manufacturing, utilities) /li li Experience undertaking qualitative and/or quantitative environmental risk assessments /li li Ability to manage own workload and deliver to deadlines /li li Strong written and verbal communication skills /li li Collaborative approach within multidisciplinary teams /li /ul ul li collaboration /li li clear communication /li li client relationship building /li li Environmental Permitting Regulations /li li Environmental Permit applications /li li Environmental Risk Assessments /li /ul
