The project management office (PMO) is a key function for managing our WSP major projects within property and buildings (P&B). The main office location is flexible, with some expectation to travel occasionally to regional offices as the team and workload expand.This is a unique role allowing the successful candidate to work on live projects whilst shaping the future of project management within our business unitWhat we will be looking for you to demonstrate...Fantastic collaborator and facilitator with excellent negotiation skillsCurious and inquisitive in nature, seeking to understand the root cause and context of presenting issuesEvidence of working in a fast paced and agile environment and really taking the lead for driving success goals into the deliveryPragmatic practitioner of NEC forms of contract, who can apply the contract in a collaborative and positive fashion Skilled and impactful communicator with the ability to unpick and present complex problems in an understandable and simplified fashionAn architectural, engineering or project management degreeMembership of a Professional Institution Is a Charter Project Manager with the APM (or equivalent) or is working towards this.
