Join our growing Perth Building Services team and help deliver some of Western Australia's most exciting and complex projects across the defence, healthcare, commercial, aviation and transport sectors. As a BIM Coordinator, you'll play a key role in driving digital delivery excellence, coordinating multidisciplinary building services models and supporting project teams from concept design through to construction.

Working alongside industry-leading engineers and designers, you'll contribute to major projects that shape critical infrastructure, hospitals, airports, workplaces and defence facilities across Australia.

The Role

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Fire Protection disciplines
  • Manage model federation, clash detection and coordination reviews
  • Support project teams with BIM execution plans and digital delivery standards
  • Maintain model quality, compliance and documentation throughout project delivery
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects and external stakeholders to resolve coordination challenges
  • Drive continuous improvement of BIM workflows, tools and best practices

About You

  • Experience as a BIM Coordinator, Senior BIM Technician or similar within Building Services
  • Advanced Revit and Navisworks skills
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary building services models
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and disciplines simultaneously
