As an Associate or Associate Director, you will take a senior leadership role in the delivery of structural engineering services for major energy infrastructure projects.

These include Transmission and Distribution networks, Overhead Line (OHL) systems, power stations, and other critical energy assets.

You will be responsible for leading project teams, managing client relationships, and driving technical excellence and innovation across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the structural design and delivery of complex energy infrastructure projects.

Provide strategic input into project planning, resourcing, and risk management.

Deliver structural solutions for substations, transmission and distribution facilities, OHL structures, and power stations.

We're looking for an experienced leader with a strong technical foundation and a passion for infrastructure.

Significant experience in structural engineering design and project leadership.

Substations Transmission and Distribution infrastructure Overhead Line (OHL) projects Power stations Petrochemical facilities Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.

Strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills.

A senior role in delivering nationally significant energy infrastructure projects.
