Overview
In this role, you will drive digital transformation for healthcare clients, supporting NHS trusts and hospital projects to make digital-by-design environments a reality. You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver digital interventions, build trusted client relationships, and help shape capabilities through thought leadership. Responsibilities
- Advise healthcare clients on digital strategies for new hospitals and refurbishment projects
- Plan and deliver digital transformation interventions to achieve future states
- Embed within client organisations as a trusted advisor and build lasting relationships
- Identify business development opportunities through contracts or extensions
- Coach, mentor, and educate stakeholders on possibilities and implementation
- Contribute to thought leadership and promote the team’s capabilities within the industry
- Collaborate on multidisciplinary healthcare projects and translate technical needs into clear requirements
- Understand current state, define future state, and execute digital interventions
Key requirements
- Experience in IT technology and project delivery in healthcare, the built environment, or related sectors
- Practical knowledge of network technologies and delivery of digital systems
- Experience with systems integration and interoperability
- Ability to translate technical needs into outcome-based requirements
- Curiosity about emerging technology and its application to healthcare environments
- Experience with new hospitals, healthcare facilities or refurbishment programmes is valuable but not essential
