A little more about the role As an Associate you will give detailed advice in the field of expertise being vertical transportation refurbishment and maintenance management.
Responsibility for management of lift refurbishment and maintenance management and future strategy development for new business within these key vertical ransportation business segments as well as vertical transportation project management.
Objective
This position combines a multi-functional role. The principal tow objectives are:
Responsible to manage and secure business in the building Maintenance and refresh / re purpose market sector by undertaking vertical transportation portfolio management and Modernisation of existing vertical transportation units.
Provide management and leadership for projects within this business segment described.
Vertical Transportation portfolio management Manage and lead a geographic business region for maintenance management and refurbishment.
Secure maintenance management growth within the UK.
Strategise and target growth areas.
Manage existing client vertical transportation portfolio.
This will include the Harrods account.
Manage and when required carry out all associated tasks relating to maintenance management, including but not limited to:- Vertical transportation audits. 10 year asset planning.
Client meetings.
Survey and Report’s.
Budget management.
Vertical Transportation maintenance management contract preparation.
Technical Support.
Produce Marketing collateral.
Develop process and procedures to support the business.
Field Expertise (but not limited to) Attend site as required.
Review record drawings and O&M manuals Review lifts / escalator performance and issue report as required.
Technical assistance on an ad hoc basis for client experience higher breakdowns on specific units.
Surveys Provide UK wide support to undertake asset surveys.
Present report and findings to customer.
Reporting to Regional Technical Director Provide ad-hoc lift Consultant activities as requested by management team.
What we are looking for you to demonstrate Technical lifts and escalator experience from within the Vertical Transportation Industry.
Degree/Masters would be advantageous but not prerequisite.
