Our teams provide client-side project management, commercial management and strategic delivery advice across major development, refurbishment and estate transformation programmes, helping clients make informed decisions and achieve successful outcomes through every stage of the project lifecycle.As our London team continues to grow, we are looking for high-performing Senior Project Managers who are excited by the opportunity to contribute to major real estate commissions across London and the South-East. This role offers the chance to lead and support projects for both public and private sector clients across a diverse portfolio, including commercial offices, mixed-use developments, residential-led regeneration, hospitality, education, life sciences, public-sector estates, complex refurbishments and live-environment developments.The OpportunityIn this role, you'll have the opportunity to:Lead and support project management commissions across the full RIBA lifecycle, from early strategy, briefing and business case development through to procurement, delivery, handover and close-out.Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, supporting them in managing scope, programme, budget, risk, quality, change and stakeholder expectations with confidence and clarity.Chair project, design team and stakeholder meetings, producing clear, concise and action-focused reports, minutes, dashboards and decision papers.Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams, contractors, specialist suppliers and internal WSP technical disciplines to support effective and successful project delivery.Establish and maintain robust governance, reporting, risk management and change control processes tailored to the specific needs of each commission.Drive safe, sustainable, efficient and value-led outcomes, helping clients make informed decisions that balance commercial, environmental and operational priorities.Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients, advisers, project stakeholders and industry partners, contributing to repeat business opportunities and long-term
