b Overview /b p Engagement Consultant at WSP UK supports stakeholder engagement, public consultations and communications across a diverse project portfolio. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to inform decision-making and foster trusted community relationships. You will create accessible communications, organise engagement activities, and translate feedback into actionable insights. The role offers growth within a supportive, UK-wide team and flexible hybrid working. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li work-life balance /li li hybrid working /li li inclusivity and belonging /li li Thrive wellbeing programme /li li Virtual GP /li li gymflex /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Deliver stakeholder engagement, public consultation and communication programmes across various projects /li li Create clear, accessible communications for communities and stakeholders /li li Organise engagement activities (events, exhibitions, workshops, webinars, surveys) /li li Analyse feedback and present findings with reports and recommendations /li li Develop engagement materials (websites, virtual platforms, brochures, fact sheets, posters, maps) /li li Provide engagement support to projects across the UK and internationally /li li Collaborate with project teams to deliver activities on time and within budget /li li Contribute to development of engagement strategies, plans and reporting /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Degree-qualified, or equivalent experience in communications, engagement, public affairs or related field /li li Strong written communication skills; ability to translate complex information into plain English /li li Experience producing communication materials (newsletters, websites, fact sheets, brochures, stakeholder updates) /li li Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities /li li Collaborative yet able to work independently /li li Demonstrable experience in communications, engagement or stakeholder management /li /ul ul li Collaborative approach /li li Strong written and verbal communication /li li Organisational skills /li li Ability to manage multiple priorities /li li Experience producing engagement materials and communications /li li Ability to design or coordinate engagement platforms and events /li /ul
