In this role, you will collaborate with experts across WSP UK and Ireland to design and build prototype AI solutions that address real-world challenges. Successful prototypes will be transitioned into full-scale deployments, transforming how WSP operates and enhancing the services we deliver to our clients. You will be a part of the wider Data & Decision Science function within our Transformation and Digital Insights team, working in our Azure cloud environments to deliver impactful bespoke AI solutions to internal stakeholders.

You can expect to be working closely with WSP's consultancy teams to understand their business and identify opportunities to leverage AI for transformation. You will be very much on the front lines of our digital transformation, rapidly turning ideas into realities and putting them into everyday use.

  • Proven experience in designing and developing AI solutions, preferably within cloud environments such as Azure.
  • Experience with Azure based AI technologies such as Azure AI Foundry.
  • Experience working with LLMs and Agentic AI on real-world problems.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and natural language processing techniques.
  • Experience with deploying AI models into production environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in AI technologies.
