- A little more about your role…
- Assist the BIM Manager / Regional BIM lead with the development and enforcement of BIM standards and workflows. Implement these on live projects.
- This role involves managing a project across several sites as part of a major international rail programme, requiring candidates to demonstrate experience operating at a comparable scale.
- Coordinate architectural models with other disciplines (MEP, Structural, etc.) on live projects.
- Support teams in project model setup, troubleshooting, and model maintenance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform quality checks and clash detection using tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC.
- Assist with guidance and training to project teams on BIM tools and processes.
- Collaborate with design teams to integrate BIM strategies into project delivery.
- Help manage project data, file organization, and documentation related to BIM deliverables.

- Experience in architectural practice with a focus on BIM.
- Expert‑level proficiency in Revit with careful consideration to the correct use of parameters; familiarity with tools like Dynamo, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC.
- Ability to communicate technical detail graphically and effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Experience in delivering BIM on medium to large‑scale architectural projects, through to construction (e. g., BIM level / stage 2+).
- Experience with project asset management, e. g., Co BIE.
- Knowledge of other programs that assist with the data management involved with the BIM process, e. g., Excel and Macro incorporation, Auto CAD and scripting within that environment, creating . lisp files, etc.
