We’re looking for an experienced Associate / Associate Director to join our Environmental Consents team in Scotland. In this role, you’ll have the chance to work across a diverse mix of sectors—from energy and aviation to rail, nuclear, property and local government—giving you real variety and exposure to high-profile, complex projects. This is more than just a delivery role. You’ll play an integral part in winning, shaping and delivering multidisciplinary projects, with the autonomy to make decisions and the backing of a highly respected global consultancy behind you.

In this role, you’ll have the space and support to:
- Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams, guiding environmental inputs into project design and assessment

We’re interested in people who are not only technically strong, but also motivated to lead, influence and grow. You’ll bring:
- A relevant environmental or planning background (degree or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience delivering Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)
- Familiarity with wider consenting processes such as HRA and SSSI
- A broad understanding of environmental issues across the development lifecycle
- Experience leading teams and supporting others’ development
- A track record of contributing to business growth or winning work
- The confidence to communicate clearly and build strong relationships
