A little bit more about your role and the team …
Working as a Graduate in one of our Industry teams will mean contributing to exciting and innovative projects. Our industrial clients benefit from our deep understanding of industrial and energy processes, combined with the specialist skills and multidisciplinary expertise required to plan, design, build, and operate new assets. We also provide full life cycle services to support operating facilities across numerous industrial and manufacturing sectors in both developed and emerging markets.
Working alongside engineers and specialists, you will see how decisions across different disciplines come together in a complete facility.You willcontribute to practical, safe and more sustainable solutionsthat help clients improve performance,adapt to changing needs and move ambitious ideas towards delivery.
From day one, you will be encouraged to ask questions,contribute fresh perspectives andbuild your confidence through guidance fromexperienced colleagues and exposure tovaried project environments.
What we’re looking for

Our two-year Graduate Development Programme is designed to help you build the sills, experience and professional network needed to thrive at the start of your career with us. Through a blend of structured learning, mentoring and hands-on experience, you will be supported every step of the way.

If successful at this stage, you will be invited to complete an online assessment, containing a Cognitive Assessment, personality questionnaire and Situational Judgement Test (SJT).
