- Ensuring the customer experience is maintained to the highest standard at all times.
- To ensure food safety compliance including any allergen, temperature checks and administration is completed.
- To be responsible for a specific area or food offering, with flexibility to rotate to a new area if needed.
- To organise deliveries, checking delivery notes, and reporting any discrepancies.
- To support the management in the delivery of weekly stock variance targets and food cost.
- Ensure all dishes and menu items are produced consistently in line with the specifications.
- To carry out daily team briefings and assist with any team queries.
- To ensure all legislative and government guidelines are adhered to, such as Health and Safety, Food Safety and COSHH.
- To work on tills, following the cash handling procedures, taking orders and serving food and drinks.
- To assist with the development of the team, providing training where required, especially on the areas of the food and beverage service, supporting management in the delivery of labour effectiveness targets.
- To attend all training and development course as requested.
- To always represent WSH and John Lewis in a professional manner in your behaviour appearance and knowledge.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.
