As a General Assistant you will...
- Assist in the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner according to established menus and recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness of the front of house areas including organising dishes and utensils.
- Following proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.
- Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
- Assist with filling vending machines and maintaining their cleanliness
- Provide friendly and efficient service to our customers front of house and in hospitality/events settings.
- Participate in training sessions and meeting related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Ideally have experience working within contract catering and/or hospitality.
- Have good Health & Safety knowledge.
- Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer focused.
- Fun and enthusiastic
- Have excellent organization skills.
- Demonstrate great attention to detail.
- Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team.
- Possess great customer service skills.
- Have a flexible approach to work
