This role is hands-on, energetic, and perfect for someone who thrives on teamwork and great service.Main ResponsibilitiesServe customers to the highest standard, going above and beyond to create memorable experiences.Build strong, friendly relationships with regular and new customers alike.Take customer orders accurately and ensure they are delivered with a warm smile.Handle payments efficiently using the till system.Set up the coffee station with all necessary supplies and equipment for a successful shift.Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to company standards.Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized coffee station throughout the day.Clean and care for coffee machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.Supporting with orders of all coffee, cleaning ad disposable supplies to ensure stock levels are maintainedAssist in the preparation and display of food items, ensuring freshness and visual appeal.Keep counters, displays, and service areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout the day.Keep seating and service areas clean, tidy, and inviting for customers at all times.Support your fellow team members-teamwork is essential to our success.Be flexible and ready to assist in other areas of service when needed.Skills & AttributesPassion for coffee and customer service.Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic attitude.Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.Willingness to learn and grow as part of a team.Job Type: Part-time, Permanent, 24 hours per week, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and ThursdaysBenefitsCanteenCompany eventsCompany pensionCycle to work schemeDiscounted or free foodWork Location: In person
