We are looking for a Floor Host (Colleague Support Host), to join our team based at the Southend call centre offices of one of the largest international banks in the world!

The Colleague Support Host are the go-to people for managing the day-to-day needs of our clients.

The key purpose of the role is to deliver an exceptional and engaging environment, working alongside the workplace services team to assist with all aspects of facilities management.

The position is a great mix of front of house and back of house duties.

In the front of house, the Colleague Support Host will provide a friendly welcome to employees and their guests, promptly and efficiently offering assistance that showcases a wide range of knowledge on the building, meeting rooms and amenities available.

In the back of house, they will complete daily floor walks, reset meeting rooms and raising issues that need rectifying around the building with the wider facilities teams, ultimately assisting with the smooth operation of the building.

Shifts

40 hours per week with shifts between 6pm-6pm, Mon-Fri.

Salary

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. They will be positive, reliable, proactive, flexible, and organised.

The successful candidate must be able to engage with others to create rapport and be able to handle multiple requests simultaneously.

Previous experience in a customer service or facilities role is essential.
