We are seeking a friendly and professional Hospitality Assistant to join our team at Baxterstorey in Birmingham, United Kingdom. In this role, you will be at the heart of our hospitality operations, delivering exceptional service to our guests whilst supporting our kitchen and service teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous and efficient service to guests, ensuring their needs are met with a warm and welcoming approach.
  • Assist with the preparation and presentation of food and beverages in accordance with company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining and service areas throughout your shift.
  • Support the kitchen team with food preparation tasks, including plating and garnishing where required.
  • Clear and reset tables promptly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
