- Provide attentive, personalized service throughout the dining experience, demonstrating knowledge and courtesy.
- Ensure guests’ needs are met promptly and professionally, enhancing their overall experience in accordance with The Braywood’s service training.
- Order Taking & Accuracy
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering menu suggestions and answering any questions about the menu, daily specials, or allergens.
- Communicate guest orders to the kitchen and bar staff clearly and efficiently to ensure timely, accurate preparation and delivery.
- Product Knowledge
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, daily specials, and any potential allergens.

- Table Service & Presentation
