Responsibilities * Service – serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring needs are addressed efficiently. * Customer Service – provide excellent service, be attentive to guests' needs and answer questions gladly. * Delivery/Stock Control – assist with receiving goods, control stock, handle manual tasks and comply with health & safety. * Teamwork – collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operation and support an inclusive, safe environment. * Adherence to Regulations – comply with health and safety regulations and food service guidelines. * Cleanliness – maintain hygiene standards in kitchen and dining areas.
